New Labor reaction to Glasgow vote
It is interesting to note that New Labor have cleverly blamed the their poor showing on the UK’s economic woes and got all defensive about it, claiming (justifiably) that in part, the problem is global. Pure genius! Why? Because their unpopularity has little to do with the economy. The actual reason New Labor are in this position is their enthusiasm for a surveillance state that projects mistrust in the people, rediculous on the spot ‘guilty until proven innocent’ fines, confusing (dishonest?) environmental policy and other topics covered on these pages of pragmatic enlightenment.
Solution: We desperately need someone with the bravado, focus and sense of ethics that Mrs. Thatcher bought to the table during her first term. Thing is, who?
